Reviews and Ratings
The hotel had great beach access and decent room size, but our overall experience was marred by confusion regarding our belongings and unresponsive management. The location was excellent, letting us enjoy the beach right away. However, some facilities could use better maintenance, as we dealt with dirty pools during our stay.
My experience at this hotel was quite disappointing. While the location offers some nice water amenities, the rooms were not up to par, feeling more like a rundown motel than a resort. Service was lacking, especially in terms of communication and value for money. I found it hard to enjoy my stay when facing issues with cleanliness and amenities.
My stay at Landmark Resort had its ups and downs. The beach access was fantastic and the pool amenities were a highlight for my family, which made our time enjoyable. Unfortunately, we faced some serious issues with cleanliness in our room and experienced a disheartening situation when our belongings were removed without explanation. Overall, I felt a mix of satisfaction and disappointment during my visit.
We enjoyed our stay at the resort, especially the fantastic water amenities, including pools and a lazy river that kept our kids entertained. The rooms, while spacious and with a kitchenette, needed a bit of cleaning and updating. The staff were welcoming and the location was good for exploring local attractions, although we did notice some cleanliness issues in the room. Overall, it was a solid experience, but some improvements could be made.
